Our students provide our clients with a wide variety of beauty services from our various educational programs, including esthiology, cosmetology, and massage therapy. These services include:

Haircutting, coloring, and glossing
Hairstyling and texturing

Student Clinic Guidelines and Policies

All of our beauty services are performed by Inspire Greatness Aveda Institutes students, who are supervised by experienced and licensed educators. Each student has a modern station with a shiatsu massage chair to ensure you have a relaxing experience. We only use natural and environmentally friendly Aveda products that leave you looking and feeling great. You can purchase these Aveda products after your service in our salon or online from Aveda while still supporting our Provo location.

Since our salon is student-run, our hours align with class times and are different from a typical salon. This is advantageous if you’re busy during popular times and want more flexible times to get your beauty services completed.

We welcome guests ages six and up, but children ages six through 15 will only receive service when accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service. For safety measures, only guests that are receiving a service are allowed on the clinic floor. We accept both cash and credit cards as forms of payment. If you desire, you may tip students cash directly, but we cannot apply gratuity to a credit card, and we cannot accept gratuity on behalf of a student. We are also not able to accept Aveda gift cards for student salon and spa services.

Student Clinic Guidelines and Policies

*All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed educators.

Guests age 6-15 are welcome to receive a service when accompanied by an adult on site who is not receiving a service. For your safety, only guests

receiving services are allowed on clinic floor.

Guests may tip students through cash-pay methods directly to the student, like cash or check. We are not able to apply gratuity to a credit card or accept gratuity on behalf of a student.

We accept cash or card as payment.

We strive to maintain seamless service from one client to the next. As part of our Cancellation Policy, we require a credit card on file to schedule all appointments. We require all cancellations & reschedules to be made at least 24 hours in advance for all services. Cancellations, reschedules, and no shows within the 24 hour period will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service scheduled. This policy helps ensure we can promptly fill vacant appointments and keep our students engaged.
