Learn how to create wellness through the power of touch. A good massage therapist can make a huge difference in someone’s life, as they can help destress and relax others in a natural way by making a connection through touch. It can help people recover from injury, feel better about themselves, and live healthier lives.
The goal of our massage therapy program is to teach students the knowledge they need to succeed in the massage therapy industry. As part of our program, you can learn a balanced study of anatomy, physiology, pathology, aromaology, spa treatments, body movement techniques, and more.
With a focus on teaching things like energy work, alignment, and aromaology. Our course isn’t just an education, it’s a lifestyle!
Once you’ve met the graduation requirements, you can expect to be prepared to sit for the state exam and become a licensed massage therapist. You can pursue a career anywhere your passion takes you, from working in a spa to opening your own practice.
As part of an education at Inspire Greatness Aveda Institutes, learn in the way that fits your learning style. While you can expect some coursework to include lectures and textbooks for an education in anatomy and the systems of the human body, that’s not all.
You can start applying what you’ve learned by providing massage services to actual clients in our student salon and spa in Denver and Provo. All services are provided under supervision of licensed professionals, providing you with individualized instruction and the support you need to feel confident in your education.
“… The classes are intimate and small so you get a great amount of experience/hands-on, the institute itself is highly focused on taking care of yourself first… Aveda is great and you will not regret attending here. Not only for your career, but also for your well-being!”
Samantha Y. – Aveda Institute Denver

If you want to push your career further, you can ask us about our study abroad opportunities, available to certain students on a competitive application process. These opportunities are not included in our program and require additional fees.
