I had the 90-minute facial with dermaplaning from Amber at the Phoenix Aveda Institute, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I sat down, Amber made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. She took her time, explained each step, and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire service.

The students are so kind and very talented, I travel from north phoenix over 30 miles to get my hair done. AUDREY GRACE is a skilled and talented student that can put you to sleep with her scalp massage, great color service!! I will be back!

I got another facial today but this time it was with Des - she was amazing! These students are obviously in great hands. Her facial massage techniques were SO good and she gave me so many good recommendations!

k-anna did such a great job on my hair!! she’s so sweet and asks lots of questions on if you like the progress or not so you end up with what you want! there’s lots I could say on how nice this experience was, but take my word for it so far and go see her! 🙂

Brenna did my retouch for the last time today, as she graduate's August 4 th. Not only does she excel in her hair coloring technique, but I feel like I am visiting with one of Granddaughter’s, as she is truly interested in me, how I am doing and making me feel comfortable throughout my time there. She has shown me new products, but is never pushy about making any purchases. She will be asset where ever she goes to work, as she truly cares about you.
( I personally do not agree with students getting rewarded for selling Aveda products , as they are there to learn and should not feel any extra pressures while working on their careers. I have been with Aveda for 9 yrs and love having the students do my hair and I use all the hair products, but let them be students and not sales people)
