We offer our clients a wide range of services from our various programs, like esthiology and cosmetology. Get your beauty treatments at an affordable price in a relaxing and supportive environment. Our student clinic, located in Tucson, Arizona, is equipped with 11 spa treatment rooms so you can relax while getting service from one of our future beauty professionals. With our student-run model at Inspire Greatness Aveda Institutes, all of our services are provided by our students under the supervision of licensed educators. This allows our students the opportunity to receive hands-on training in a professional setting while utilizing only high-quality Aveda products.
Support our students while they’re getting an education in one of our cosmetology or esthiology programs. If you love the products they used, you can also purchase the products used during your appointment directly from us, including our natural Aveda products.

Student Clinic Guidelines and Policies
All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed educators.
CHILD GUIDELINE
Guests age 6-11 are welcome to receive a service when accompanied by an adult on site who is not receiving a service. For your safety, only guest receiving services are allowed on clinic floor. Esthiology: minors age 13-18 are welcome to receive a spa service when accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service or when booked together in the double accommodation treatment room. We ask that the
adult be present in the minor’s treatment room if not receiving a service
at the same time.
GRATUITY
Guests may offer students gratuity through cash-pay methods directly to student.
CANCELLATION
Aveda Institute requires 24 hours notice to cancel a service and waive the cancellation charge. Appointments tardy by 15 minutes or more are considered a no-show and will be charged the non-refundable cancellation charge.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Aveda Institutes will accept returns of unused/unopened product, with proof of purchase from our location, for a full refund if returned in 7 days from purchase. Aveda Institutes will accept returns of unused/unopened product, with proof of purchase from our location, for a store credit if returned in 30 days from purchase.
REFUND/REDO POLICY
To best support the learning environment, refunds for services will not be offered. Any Guest who receives a service which does not result in the desired and agreed-upon outcome will be considered for a redo service. Redo requests must be received within 7 days of the originating appointment to be considered. An additional 7 days will be allowed for the scheduling and commencement of the redo service. We will aim to schedule the redo appointment with the original student to enrich the learning experience.
