I came here to get a big chop done with my hair with very extreme nerves. I was greeted at the front and treated very kindly. My stylist Karia, was extremely welcoming and warm from the moment she introduced herself. She held conversation very well and soothed my nerves for the big chop. I asked for a Bixie, but longer. She took a very nervous moment for myself into a welcoming and exciting moment. Karia explained each step she was doing and asked me if I was happy after completing. She made the whole experience feel as if I had a friend working on my hair rather than someone I just met. All the way from the start to the end she made a scary new choice into an exciting and bubbly experience. Highly recommend her services!
