Responsibilities
- Grow Aveda Institute as a profitable business through coaching and support of Student Body while maintaining the philosophical standards as established by AVEDA Corporation
- Cultivate an environment where employees respect and adhere to company core values of quality, integrity, and ownership thinking by integrating these values into all programs and practices, developing consequences for violations or non- compliance, and supporting an Open Door Policy
- Track benchmarks daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly
- Recap and analyze business with Admissions Team Lead and Financial Aid Team Lead weekly
- Provide on-going recognition, support, and inspiration for students
- Work closely with Admissions to support in achieving enrollment goals
- Review financial aid results with students and provide solutions for remaining balances
- Follow up with prospective students who have toured and track where they are in the enrollment process
- Perform diligent follow-up on FA file completion and complete files within established guidelines
- Support enrollment goals by providing FA packaging
- Verification support with FA servicer
- Present packaging options to prospective student
- Accurately note all activities within Salesforce
- Accurately and efficiently answer student questions regarding financial aid and/or remaining balances
- Discover needs; find solutions
- Proficient with computers and Student Tracking systems
- All compliance standards are achieved
- Significant internal and external Guest interaction including students, team, student’s family members, guests and salon network
- FA audit and NACCAS/VA Audit support
- Travels domestically regularly requiring an overnight stay or consecutive overnight stays
- Must not currently be in default on a federal student loan or owe a federal grant overpayment
- Provide on site leadership and coordinate communication for Financial Aid Team Lead
- May perform other tasks as required or assigned
