• Grow Aveda Institute as a profitable business through coaching and support of Education Team, while maintaining the philosophical standards as established by AVEDA Corporation
  • Ensure budgets are maintained, profit goals are met, and the buildings and equipment are maintained
  • Review evaluations on a regular basis.  Design strategies to improve Education Team for review with Campus Director
  • Cultivate an environment where employees respect and adhere to company core values of quality, integrity, and ownership thinking by integrating these values into all programs and practices, developing consequences for violations or non-compliance, and supporting an Open Door Policy
  • Identify and recruit top talent
  • Track benchmarks daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly
    • Create department awareness of benchmarks
    • Service/Retail, Attendance/Academics, Drop/LOA, payroll
  • Recap and analyze business with Campus Director weekly
  • Provide on-going recognition, support, and inspiration for students
  • Submit licensing requirements and maintain compliance with NACCAS, DOE and state agencies
  • Instill AVEDA mission, vision and beliefs
  • Coordinate, facilitate and present exceptional classroom and clinic floor experiences
  • Use Inspired Coaching techniques
  • Resolve conflict in an effective, confidential and professional manner
  • Maintain professional and balanced relationships with students
  • Review educator progress, coaching one on one, along with yearly evaluations
    • Including classroom and clinic floor observations
    • Ensure Team uses tools when coaching: TG worksheet
  • Make sure Students comply with institute set policy and procedures
  • Significant internal and external customer interaction including students, team, student’s family members, guests and salon network
  • Coach LOAs and Drops
  • Facilitate and support new hire training
  • Supports Creative Mentor in accurate and timely updates on Learn Aveda
    • Support Creative Mentor in auditing and updating Learn Aveda
  • Integrate and implement a department focused on the Inspired Student (Trifecta)
    • Business- integration of Qnity Money, Transformational Goals, Master Series
    • Artistry- ensure educators are delivering excellence in core curriculum and points of difference programs
    • Wellbeing- integrate Inspired Wellbeing; introduce you@ to students and team
    • Support program ambassadors with time, tools, and resources
  • Plan and communicate who is where
    • Represent clinic/classroom support in increments based on team size
    • 25% leadership-<5, 50% leadership-<9, 75% leadership- >10
  • Review Educator preparedness regularly: presentation, facilitation, coordination
  • Ensure the proper tracking and execution of Distance Learning Modules
  • May perform other tasks as required or assigned
  • Travels domestically regularly requiring an overnight stay or consecutive overnight stays
