Every 2 minutes, a woman in the U.S. is diagnosed with breast cancer and there are nearly 3 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S. alone. We have officially launched our focus for Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Month and our efforts to raise $11,000 for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation! Christopher Hermann has been a member of the Aveda tribe since 1996. He began his career at Aveda as a Retail Educator, working with Aveda institutes, salon/spas and Experience Centers, and eventually transitioned into marketing to serve as the Global Marketing Manager of Pure-Fume™ and Personal Blends™.

Christopher later returned to education and focused his efforts on growing the global Experience Center business as Director, Retail Education. Christopher then served as Director, Learning and Development, where he developed programs and facilitated growth for the Aveda network globally. …

She has also launched her own business dialing into the world of hair extensions.

Morning Ritual: My mornings have a set routine. I start my day out with quick shower, eat a plentiful breakfast, and then my daily makeup and hair routine. My commute is pretty easy, I simply ride the elevator to the main level of the building; yes, that’s right. I am fortunate enough to live in the same building as the school! Lucky right?
