Admissions Team Lead
Responsibilities
• Grow Aveda Institute as a profitable business through coaching and support of enrollment experience, while maintaining the
philosophical standards as established by AVEDA Corporation
• Ensure budgets are maintained, profit goals are met, and the buildings and equipment are maintained
• Review experience on a regular basis. Design strategies to improve Admissions for review with Campus Director
• Cultivate an environment where employees respect and adhere to company core values of quality, integrity, and ownership
thinking by integrating these values into all programs and practices, developing consequences for violations or non
compliance, and supporting an Open Door Policy
• Identify and recruit top talent
• Track benchmarks daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly
• Recap and analyze business with Campus Director and Director of Admissions weekly
• Instill AVEDA mission, vision and beliefs
• Use Inspired Coaching techniques
• Resolve conflict in an effective, confidential and professional manner
• Leadership and Team Development
• Lead, train, coach, and mentor the Admissions Team
• Conduct weekly check-ins with action plans and performance coaching
• Manage team productivity through weekly goal setting and scheduling
• Provide ongoing inspiration and education to the team
• Oversee team appointment scheduling
• Conduct performance management and ensure accountability
• Represent and embody the Aveda and Inspire Greatness brands
• Admissions Operations and Conversion Management
• Oversee enrollment process, from lead: start
• Financial Aid collaboration to form enrollment team approach
• Responsive chevron management
• Non-responsive outreach flow
• Maintain continual contact and follow-up with prospective Students
• Celebrate enrollment milestones with Say Hey
• Host regular open houses, contract signing events, and support Orientation
• Relationship Building and Community Engagement
• Develop and maintain relationships with salon network partners
• Build partnerships with high school counselors and community influencers
• System Management and Reporting
• Maintain CRM organization, scheduling, expertise, and cleanliness
• Use Docusign and Prestige to support communication and documentation
• Ensure accurate lead logging, follow-up, and task management
• Manage and support reporting
• Maintain contact with leads and upcoming starts in alignment with rounding schedules
• Monitor and coach to conversion benchmarks and performance metrics
• Student Experience
• Represent product, service, and curriculum expertise to support team and prospective students
• Promote and support 100% guest satisfaction throughout the enrollment journey
