- Build and maintain relationships with Salons and High School Counselors Resolve conflict in an effective, confidential and professional manner Sales force organization, scheduling, expertise and maintenance

- Green- highly qualified, priority scheduling Continual contact and communication with leads
- Maintenance and reconnection with leads using Sales Force, Docusign, and Smart
- Adhere and coach to conversion rates
- Maintain clean and streamlined Sales Force
- Maintain weekly contact with leads and upcoming starts
