A Scholarship is a grant or payment made to support a student’s education, awarded on the basis of academic or other achievement. A number of organizations and corporations offer scholarships. Joe Francis Haircare Scholarship awards $1,000 scholarships for students enrolled or applying for enrollment to a barber or cosmetology school. Esthetician or Nail training students are not eligible. For details visit www.joefrancis.com.
The NCEA Esthetician Scholarship awards $1,000 toward their education while meeting certain requirements such as financial circumstances, attendance and maintaining acceptable grades. Application deadlines are quarterly and can be found at http://www.ncea.tv/scholorships-grants.
Students may be eligible for financing up to 100% of their tuition (for those who qualify).
Monthly payment plans are available.
Financial aid is available to those who qualify through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. You will need to reference the relevant School Code.
We have programs that are approved for veterans. More information is available at the Department of Veterans Affairs website, www.gibill.va.gov.
Aveda Institute offers a continuing education credit on tuition and registration fee for Students that enroll in a second program ($1,000 for Cosmetology and $500 for Esthiology programs). To be eligible, Students must enroll into the second program no more than one year from the first completion date

The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315) (HEOA) was enacted on August 14, 2008, and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965. The HEOA requires that by October 29, 2011, each postsecondary institution in the United States that participates in Title IV student aid programs provide a net price calculator on its website (or through its agent).
