Now that we’re half way through January and the excitement of your resolutions is getting less sparkly by the day, lets talk about keeping your resolutions.
1. Become accountable for your goals- Confide in a friend, significant other, or even social media about your goals. By doing this you are more likely to stick to your game plan, it doesn’t hurt to gain a few supports along the way.
2. Celebrate your little goals.-reward your self with your small goals! When you do this you are giving yourself motivation towards your BIG goals.
3.Give yourself some slack. Had an off day? That’s ok! We all do, just make sure to pick yourself back up and start again!
